Free zone. A Free zone applies to the Consumer service plan between 01:00 and 06:00 hours every day. During this time, the user can use as
much data as he/she is able to, without affecting the daily cap. (Only applicable to some Consumer and Business plans)

Consumption limits and Notices.
When consumption limit is exceeded, service speed will be limited to 64K downstream and 28K upstream and the user’s traffic will be
de-prioritized.  Users can access a usage meter to monitor consumption via http://192.168.0.1/ .  

FAP Tokens. User who exceed their consumption limit can purchase a FAP token which is used to reset the data allowance. The FAP
token cost will be debited to the users’s account. FAP tokens do not expire. and can be purchased in advance The user can activate a FAP token as and when required.

Migration between Service Plans. Customers can migrate at any time between service plans. A credit will be passed on the account based
on the number of days to the end of the month multiplied by the average cost per day of the service plan. The new service plan will be billed
prorate for the present month. 

Restrictions may apply to customers on promotional deals or in-contract; generally you should always be able to move to a larger service plan.

Seasonal Suspension*. Customers can suspend their YahClick account while travelling or none usage periods, it will allow up to sixty days of
suspension within any twelve month period. The capacity for the customer will remain booked while in the seasonally suspend state. Vox Telecom will
charge 20% of the subscription fee for all seasonal suspended accounts.

Value Adds*. Consumer customers will get 1 free email account for the duration of service plan and 100MB Hotspot data per month at designated Hotspot/Wi-Fi zones.
